These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and tbatee (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tbatee website, mobile interface, or associated services, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its provisions, and that you accept all terms set out herein without reservation.

tbatee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, tbatee will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of tbatee following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. This Agreement is written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with its English-language text. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation, the English version shall take precedence. tbatee targets the Bangladesh market and all monetary references in this Agreement use Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as the base currency unless otherwise stated.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside tbatee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. Where specific game or promotional rules differ from this general Agreement, the specific rules of that game or promotion shall apply in respect of those specific circumstances only; in all other matters, this Agreement takes precedence.

Access to tbatee is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. tbatee implements mandatory age verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. Any player who provides false information regarding their age in order to access the platform will have their account permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the incident may be reported to the relevant authorities.

In addition to the age requirement, you must confirm that:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on tbatee or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of tbatee or its game providers.

Each eligible individual may register one account on tbatee. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, tbatee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if any details change. tbatee is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by a player.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document and, in some cases, proof of residential address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. tbatee processes KYC documents within 2 business days under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tbatee account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tbatee support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on tbatee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tbatee does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of tbatee. Players are advised to check the fee structure of their chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tbatee wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile money network. Bank transfers and card payments may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing institution's processing times. tbatee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or technical issues on the payment provider's infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the same account.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• tbatee processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for verified mobile money accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• tbatee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems high-value or unusual in pattern.

tbatee maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) compliance procedures. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that triggers our automated AML monitoring may be held pending manual review. In cases where tbatee is required by applicable law or regulation to report suspicious activity, it will do so without notifying the player concerned.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on tbatee unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
2. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as stated in the specific terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested against bonus-derived funds.
3. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates. The contribution percentages for each game category will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
4. Bonus offers are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
5. tbatee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted and begun using a bonus at the time of its withdrawal will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirements under the original terms.
6. Any bonus credited in error must be reported to tbatee support immediately. tbatee reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error regardless of whether the funds have been wagered.

Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. tbatee does not alter, modify, or interfere with the outcome of any game in any way.

Each game on tbatee is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. tbatee accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of a game's rules, mechanics, or paytable structure.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, the following principles apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on tbatee's infrastructure, the player's bet for that round will be refunded in full to their account balance.
• If a disconnection is caused by the player's own internet connection or device, the game round will proceed according to the game's standard rules. tbatee cannot guarantee the outcome of a game round interrupted by a player-side disconnection.
• Any winnings that were clearly visible at the time of a technical malfunction but were not credited due to the malfunction will be reviewed by tbatee's technical team and credited manually if verified.
• tbatee's decision on all malfunction-related disputes is final, subject to the escalation process described in the dispute resolution provisions below.

Sports betting markets on tbatee — including all cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided by the organiser, tbatee's sports betting rules for that market type will determine whether bets are settled, refunded, or carried over to any rescheduled fixture.

Players may close their tbatee account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, tbatee will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's last verified payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding AML holds on the account.

tbatee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of this Agreement.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity on the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by tbatee due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. tbatee will communicate the reasons for account closure in writing to the player's registered email address, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions on disclosure.
